Currently we handle the leasing and management of approximately 400 individual tenancies within our total portfolio with the emphasis being on the utmost professionalism, the highest level of personal client contact and protection of the client’s interests above all else.

It is also worth noting in the past under Mark Ryder’s direction a campaign co-ordinated by him at Killen Thomas was awarded ‘The Age REIV Award’ for the best sales marketing campaign in Victoria for advertising campaigns between $10-30,000 for his sales campaign for 1113-1121 High Street Armadale. This award was judged by competing agent peers and this category was the most competitive with over 40 other entries by other major commercial and industrial agencies.
